After unzipping the files using winzip or winrar, you will see a list of files, click on the one with the red and blue icon:

The Software
Top Video Rankings Software is very easy to use, as soon as you open the file you will be welcomed with an alert asking you to create a NEW PROJECT, to create a new project just add your project’s name and click on the CREATE A NEW PROJECT button.
TIP: Use your main keyword (the keyword you want to target) as the name of your project.

A soon as you click on the button your project wil be created and you will have access to each of the steps.

There are 3 areas where you need to focus your attention on.
1. You need to add your target keyword
2. Add your youtube account’s username
3. Add your youtube’s URL. Ie: http://www.youtube.com/something
The following fields are optional: Title, Tags, Categories, Project Started
4. Click on SAVE (the project will be locked)

Now only to let you know how it works, if you want to check your ranking later you just need to click on the CHECK NOW button to check your rankings.

STEP 2
On this step to increase the progress bar you need to select the dates on each of the pingining services to reach 100%, the rest of the fields are optional. CLICK ON SAVE

STEP 3
Same than before to increase the percentage of the progres bar you only need to select the DATE of the first service, the rest services are optional.

To add information on the databse, just select a DATE and add the numbers of VIEWS you are getting and then click on ADD. You can edit the number of views if you want to. CLICK ON SAVE

STEP 4
Only one service is necessry to increase the percentage of the progress bar, follow the same steps than the previous step, DATE, add the number of comments and then click ADD, you can add NOTES if you want to add more info.

Please read the instructions on the software, you need 3 kind of backlinks, on the software you can keep track of the username of the Fiverr Gig, Amount paid and numebr of backlinks expected.

On this step you have several fields that you MUST fill in in order to increase the percentage of the progress bar, please use each of them.

Channel views are not as important as before, just get one or two gigs if you want to and fill in with 0 (cero) the fields you are not using.

To get the URL of your RSS feed copy and paste the URL on the software, change YOUR USERNAME HERE for your actual youtube username.

Select a DATE on the pinging to increae the number on the progress bar. CLICK ON SAVE.

Comments: you can keep track of the URL where you left a comment, the comment made and the DATE.

Video Responses: copy the ‘search string’ on Google (use YOUR TARGET KEYWORD) to find videos where people answer to OTHER videos, most of the time those videos are auto approving video responses. CLICK ON SAVE.

After getting your Gigs done from places like Fiverr, you can increase the peed of indexing your backlinks by pinging them yourself, you can always ask the Gig owner to do it for you or use a service like BacklinksIndexer.com
Choose a DATE on each of them to increase the progress bar. CLICK ON SAVE.
